You are welcome to attend any of our Cancer Outreach meetings.  They're held in the home economics room the first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm.  There will be a time of sharing prayer requests and concerns.  Then we'll join together in prayer.  You'll hear an encouraging, inspiring  message and enjoy good music.  Our great cooks will bring their best dishes and the fun and fellowship will certainly be a blessing to you.

Next Meeting: March 5

Nutrition Tip! Have you tried lentils? They come in red, brown, green and it only takes 20 minutes to cook them. They are great added to soups, quinoa, or other dishes. Taste is great and nutrition is superior.

God’s Great Love

When trials come, our loved ones try to support and help us. The greatest help, however, is Christ. He can help when others are not able to help. He is always there to care for us in ways that we will never totally understand.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 15:13
Greater love hath no man than this, that a man give his life for his friends.

His love lasts forever. He will go with us when others are not able to help. He has an eternal home for us so we should not fear the trials of this life, but just trust his love more each day. God will make a way, and his will clear to us! Acceptance of his will is not always easy.

John 14:27
Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Galatians 5:22
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

I Corinthians 13:13
And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity. against such there is no law.
